Team Technical University - Sofia

Over the past 30 years, members of the TUS team (which has undergone changes over the years) have worked on three major infrastructure projects, building and upgrading the Laboratory "Renewable Energy Sources (Electrical Aspects)", 6 European projects and a number of international collaborations on the Socrates-Erasmus line and bilateral renewable energy treaties. 5 doctoral programs are protected in the district, of which 2 are under double leadership with French universities. Based on this activity, the team has developed a rich publication activity in a wide range of journals and conferences, some of them with an impact factor or SJR and in authoritative publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, IEEE, Interscience, MDPI, etc. The team's publications have been cited over 1,500 times. Additionally, three of the team members hold two patents related to power output control systems for renewable energy generators, one of which was awarded in 2016. with the 2015 Inventor of the Year award.

In this project, the TUS team consists of three post-graduate professors and two young scientists.
